Our busy Sales Department at Bill Dube Ford Toyota is looking for motivated, personable, goal-oriented people to join our team. Automotive sales experience is not required. If you have a background in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, or sales—and you enjoy working with people—we can teach you the automotive side of the business. What You’ll Do * Assist customers throughout the vehicle-shopping and purchasing process * Respond promptly and professionally to internet, phone, and in-person inquiries * Follow up with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, and text * Schedule appointments and maintain consistent communication with customers * Help customers identify vehicles that fit their needs, preferences, and budget * Provide professional vehicle demonstrations and explain key features and benefits * Develop a strong working knowledge of our Ford and Toyota products, technology, options, and accessories * Utilize our CRM to manage leads, appointments, follow-up, and customer communication * Work closely with our Client Care and Sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience * Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat and referral business * Maintain a professional, customer-first approach throughout the sales process What We’re Looking For * Excellent communication and customer service skills * A positive, professional, and confident personality * Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented * Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, text, email, and in person * Strong follow-up and organizational skills * Ability to manage your time and work independently * Willingness to learn and take coaching and direction * Comfortable working toward individual and team goals * Ability to handle objections and stay motivated in a sales environment * A team-first attitude * Availability to work a full-time retail schedule, including Saturdays, some evenings, and occasional Sundays as scheduled Previous automotive experience is not required. Sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or call-center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
