Position: The Financial and Business Coach, located in our Morrisville Vermont office, partners with individuals, families, and aspiring entrepreneurs to strengthen financial wellness, build assets, and create pathways to economic opportunity. Through financial coaching and small business development support, this role helps participants achieve greater financial security and turn their goals into reality.

From budgeting, credit, and savings to business planning and entrepreneurship, you'll provide the tools, guidance, and connections people need to build stability, achieve their goals, and thrive.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree; or a comparable combination of relevant work experience and training.

• Experience in small business development or management, with experience owning a business or being self-employed preferred.

• Basic bookkeeping or accounting experience, or experience managing a budget.
• Experience in personal finance management, personal finance coaching, and credit building, including demonstrated competence and sensitivity in working with low-income individuals and families seeking to become economically self-sufficient.

• Experience in group facilitation and training.

• Experience in marketing and public relations.
