In this role, responsibilities include developing, negotiating, and maintaining the engineering scope for projects while working closely with the Operations Team to ensure alignment between construction budgets and engineering deliverables.The experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.The position involves performing and reviewing detailed load calculations using tools such as Trane Trace 700 and Trace 3D Plus, as well as conducting life-cycle cost analyses to evaluate system alternatives and assist in system selection based on energy impacts.Ensuring compliance with all relevant codes, standards, and regulations is essential, as is coordinating mechanical requirements with architects and other engineering disciplines including electrical, structural, and civil.The role also includes reviewing and producing written specifications and sequences of operation, and ensuring commitments are met with external stakeholders-such as owners, general contractors, and design team members-and internal collaborators.Additional responsibilities involve assisting in the management and development of corporate client relationships, prioritizing workload to meet critical path items, and developing HVAC documents including duct sizing, air distribution, pipe sizing, and routing.The position also includes creating plumbing documents, such as sanitary and vent sizing, domestic water sizing, and routing. xhyhwjd Field inspections and reporting, effective team organization, and providing technical guidance to Revit designers, drafters, and mechanical engineers are also key components of the role.-Mechanical Engineering Degree -Licenced PE -Experience must be in industrial HVAC
