Job Description:
Client is looking for a forward-thinking Senior BA who embraces AI and demonstrates a commitment to continuously developing and applying AI capabilities. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to enhance requirements gathering, business analysis, user story development, test case generation, and documentation, while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and drive innovation. While candidate does not need to be AI subject matter expert, we are looking for individual who demonstrate an active interest in AI, a willingness to learn and develop their skills, and the initiative to incorporate AI tools into their daily work. Our goal is to find someone who can adapt to emerging technologies, challenge traditional BA methodologies, and help shape how the Business Analyst role evolves now and in the future.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Candidate must have worn many hats as a BA, QA with technical hands-on experience. (will need to interface with the Business to drive Discovery e.g., requirements definition, workflow design)
Candidate will acquire Business sign-off regarding the requirements and utilize AI tools to generate user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.
AI Tool experience is required as the candidate will utilize AI tools to generate QA scripts and AI tools to conduct automated AI testing
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst (must have both client facing and Developer facing experience)
2+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud
AI Tool experience is required as the candidate will utilize AI tools to generate QA scripts and AI tools to conduct automated AI testing
Knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, data models, security, reporting, and automation tools.
Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Field Services (FSL) is required.
Knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, or other project management tools.
