Mammography Technologist (Radiology Tech) needed for a travel assignment in Portland, Oregon. This start date is 10/26/2026 for a 13-week engagement in a hospital setting. Weekly pay ranges from $2,635 to $2,795 per week with no guaranteed hours. Shift is days, 8-hour shifts (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities
- Perform mammography examinations on patients, including screening and diagnostic imaging of the breast
- Position patients and operate specialized mammography equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
- Adhere to safety protocols, radiation safety standards, and infection control guidelines
- Verify patient information, document procedures, and maintain accurate imaging records
- Communicate with patients to explain procedures, address concerns, and ensure comfort
- Coordinate with radiologists and care teams to ensure timely interpretation and appropriate patient care
- Maintain equipment quality and perform routine quality control as required

Requirements
- Active radiologic technologist license or eligibility to practice in Oregon
- ARRT certification in Radiography; Mammography certification preferred
- Prior experience performing mammography studies is preferred
- Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
- Knowledge of breast imaging protocols, breast safety, and radiation safety practices
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
