Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic mammography examinations using dedicated equipment; ensure image quality and patient safety
- Position patients and views (CC and MLO), apply compression, and adjust technique to patient anatomy
- Verify patient information, review prior imaging when available, and document procedures and images accurately
- Operate digital mammography systems; participate in quality control and QA activities
- Collaborate with radiologists and breast imaging team; communicate findings as appropriate
- adhere to ALARA radiation safety principles and standard infection control and patient privacy practices

Requirements
- Valid state license as a Radiologic Technologist to practice in Oregon (or eligible for licensure)
- ARRT certification in Radiography; Mammography certification (ARRT-M) or eligibility per employer requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Radiologic Technology (or equivalent)
- Experience in mammography/breast imaging preferred
- Ability to work in a hospital radiology department and support patient care during imaging
- Willingness to travel for a travel assignment
